Message	on 9" rear wheels so I attributed it to either/and/or the sidewalls flexing and the HICAS being a relatively new experience for me at the time. They gripped pretty well, and I never felt a moment of uneasiness or unpredictability during cornering at the track. Really really good tire for the price, nice and quiet on the highway.
